Into today’s Hello Heaton inbox dropped a reminder of Early Bird Tickets being available now for the People’s Theatre Panto.

Tickets have been available since the announcement of the 2026 show a while back, but the team at People’s Theatre are encouraging everyone to take advantage of their lower ‘early bird’ rate before prices increase.

Ticket price increases are coming to help continue caring for and maintaining the much-loved theatre building, but if you grab your panto tickets before Sunday 28th June you’ll pay the current price.

What is the People’s Theatre Panto this year?

This year the People’s Theatre invite you to watch a tale as old as time, as they present an amateur production of “Beauty and the Beast” by arrangement with Tom Whalley Pantomimes.

When will the People’s Theatre Panto be on?

This year’s panto will start its run on Saturday 12th December 2026 with a matinee show at 2pm, and the curtains will close on Beauty and the Beast for the final time on Sunday 20th December 2026. Show times vary throughout the run of shows, and include curtains-up at 1pm, 2pm, 6pm and 7pm, with a run time of approx 2hrs & 30mins, so be sure to check the times for the date you book.

How much are tickets for the People’s Theatre Panto?

Tickets: £17.50 Concessions: £15.00 Children: £15.00.
The current prices of £17.50/£15 will be increasing to £20/£16.50 from Monday 29 June. You can book a ‘FAMILY TICKET’ to save £4 when booking for 2 adults & 2 children, or 1 adult & 3 children.
